IGRT: 

With the new generation Linear Accelerators for Radiotherapy, high energy radiation beams of electrons can be focused at any depths of the body without damaging the vital neighbourong structures like Spinal cord. We already have a 3DRCRT machine which serves this purpose to a reasonable extent, but nowadays it is essential to have Intensity Modulated Radiotherapy in the armamentarium for accuracy. For this we need a special software in our existing machine.
